TROSLEY opened September 1924 under the teacher Edith C. Rowles, and closed June 1942. Kindersley School Unit 34 too over the district January 1945. School established on NW 9 25 28 W3 following a ratepayers meeting called January 23, 1924

Max Braithwaite, author of "Why shoot the teacher? 1965, was a teacher at Trosley School after he graduated Saskatchewan Normal School in Saskatoon.
